Project Summary
This award-winning, collaborative, local home ownership project financed, build and showcased on the Parade of Homes an affordable single-family home with green, universal design and smart-home features. The clinic team shared its expertise on universal design and green building practices and techniques, served as project archivist, gave guided tours of the home, and critiqued the final product.
